Gear Lever Load Cell 1kN 500N 200N 100N Stick Shift Force Sensor
2-axis sensor F2Q measures forces simultaneously in Fx and Fy axis. Each axis provides a full bridge output proportional to the applied force and requires no mathematical manipulation. The acting force causes deformation of the elastomer, the bonded strain gauge deforms accordingly which will cause the resistance change of the wheatstone bridge, under constant power supply, the output signal between Sig+ and Sig- will change proportionally, thus the load/force can be measured by measuring the output signal from the transducer.
Load cell output: = (Power supply * Rated output) * Load / Capacity
Rated output of stick shift sensor F2Q is around 1.5mV/V.
Power supply of gear shift load cell F2Q is normally within 3-12V.
Load / Capacity is within 0-1.
So the output range of Biaxial Force Sensor F2Q is normally within -18mV...+18mV for bidirectional force measurement in each axis.
Example: Multi axis load cell F2Q-50kg with 1.0mV/V sensitivity powered by 10V DC, the output range is -10mV...+10mV.
A multi-channel signal conditioner can be used with biaxial force sensor F2Y to deliver -5~5V, 0-10V or 4-20mA output.
Example: 2-axis sensor F2Q-100kg working with LC2A(-10-10V)-24V amplifier, the Force-Voltage relationship in each axis will be 0-100kg load in Fx+/Fy+ direction VS 0-10V output, 0-100kg load in Fx-/Fy- direction VS 0-(-10V) output, which is linear regardless of the measurement error.
